The delivery will be made to the address you give when you make the order. The delivery address may be different from the billing address (for workplace deliveries, gifts…).

The client will be held responsible for information he or she provides when making his or her order: in the event of a mistake in the wording of the recipient's details, Truffes Deluxe cannot be held responsible if it is impossible to deliver the product.

Any possible delays in the shipping of goods will not entitle the client to making claims on damages and interest.

If your parcel seems damaged (already opened, breakages…), it is imperative that you open and check the parcel in the presence of the carrier and refuse to accept the parcel.

Under no circumstances will Truffes Deluxe be held responsible for any deterioration of the products in the event of any delay in claiming products from the carrier or the client's failure to claim products.

You have the choice between two modes of delivery (unless your order includes fresh truffles, in which case the express mode is compulsory).

1. Colissimo via La Poste:

As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, an email will be sent to you automatically. Thanks to the parcel number that you will be provided with, you can track the parcel's progress easily by connecting onto the website www.laposte.fr/colissimo.

For metropolitan France, Corsica, Andorra and Monaco, Truffes Deluxe has selected the Colissimo ACCESS delivery mode. Your parcel will be delivered to you within 48 hours.

The parcel is placed in the recipient's mailbox by the postman. If it cannot be placed in the mailbox and the recipient is absent, a non-delivery notice is delivered so that the purchaser or recipient can pick up the parcel from the nearest post office. After a period of 10 days, the parcel will be returned to Truffes Deluxe by the La Poste services.

This delivery mode is billed at 7.50 Euros for any weight up to 30 kilos.
Beyond 30 kg, Truffes Deluxe will call on the services of a national road carrier and assess the best formulas available at the best price.

For other delivery zones, Truffes Deluxe has selected the Colissimo EXPERT INTERNATIONAL delivery mode. This delivery mode is billed according to the following scale for any weight up to 30 kilos.
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 15 Euros
- Great Britain, Italy, Spain: 18 Euros.
- Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal: 23 Euros.
- Finland, Sweden, Switzerland: 25 Euros.
- Other European countries and the Maghreb: 29 Euros.
- Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, Guyane, Mayotte, St Pierre and Miquelon : 35 Euros.
- USA, Canada, Africa and the Middle East: 39 Euros.
- Other countries: 49 Euros.

2. Chronopost for express delivery:

As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, an email will be sent to you automatically. Thanks to the parcel number that you will be provided with, you can track the parcel's progress easily by connecting onto the website www.chronopost.fr.

This delivery mode is billed at 22.50 Euros for any weight up to 20 kilos for any destination in metropolitan France only.

For other delivery zones, this delivery mode is billed according to the following scale:

- Corsica and Monaco: 39 Euros for any weight up to 20 kilos.

- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden:
Parcel < 2kg: 42 Euros
From 2kg to < 5kg: 65 Euros
From 5kg to < 8kg: 95 Euros
From 8kg to < 20kg: 150 Euros.

- Other countries:
Parcel < 2kg: 90 Euros
From 2kg to < 5kg: 150 Euros
From 5kg to < 8kg: 250 Euros
From 8 kg to < 20kg: 350 Euros.
