Ingredients

Fresh truffles
Guérande sea salt

 

Preparation

Carefully brush the truffles under a trickle of cold water and cut into thin slices.

Put the slices onto a plate, overlapping one another, slightly askew.
Place a small heap of Guérande sea salt in the centre.

Take a slice, place it on the salt, and enjoy…

 

Also excellent on country-style bread, lightly toasted, slightly rubbed with garlic and spread with a little olive oil or butter.

 

Accompany with

Champagne, Crozes Hermitage white, Saint Joseph white, Hermitage white, Saint Péray, Condrieu, aged whisky.
