Truffles on toast


Preparation: 15 min / Cooking: 3 min

 

Ingredients

50 g fresh or jarred truffles
50 g butter
½ teaspoon cognac
¼ stock cube
Guérande sea salt or truffle-flavoured salt

 

Preparation

Carefully brush the truffles under a trickle of cold water.

Mix together all the ingredients until an unctuous butter forms.
Spread onto thin slices of rye or country-style bread.
Place briefly in a hot oven.

You can also place very thin slices of truffle on the garnished slices of toast once they emerge from the oven.
