By submitting an order through our website, you indicate your full and entire acceptance of the present general sales conditions applicable to your order.
The present general and special sales conditions cover all of the items proposed on the www.truffes-deluxe.com website.

3. Establishing contracts and orders
3.1. Prices
The prices displayed on our website are in Euros, VAT included, shipping excluded.
The total price of the order (taxes and shipping fees included) is mentioned in the cart.
Deluxe Distributionreserves the right to modify prices at all times but the prices invoiced to customers are those applicable on the date of the order, subject to stock.
The laws of supply and demand that establish prices on the fresh truffle market, also regulate our prices.
For shipments outside the European Union, the customer undertakes to settle all duties and taxes due on the import of items and payable on delivery of the packages, such as customs duties, value added tax and/or all other taxes due in virtue of the statutes of the country of reception of the order.
Deluxe Distribution is exempt of all legal liability should the customer fail to effect payment of such taxes.
3.2. Product characteristics - Availability
Each product proposed on the website is the subject of a summary presentation indicating its designation, quantity and price.
For fresh truffles, the weight specified is the weight calculated upon packaging. The purchaser should nevertheless be informed that where the product is a fresh mushroom, truffles can undergo losses in weight of up to 4 % per day during transport. The transporter's stamp attests to the date on which the goods are picked up.
The validity of our ranges is guaranteed only during the period of presentation online and within the limit of available stocks.
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after you have submitted your order, we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible in order to inform you of the situation and to come to an agreement with you on postponing delivery while awaiting resupply of the product or to replace it by another product equivalent in quality and price or to cancel the order and reimburse any sum that may have been paid.
Photographs used to illustrate our products are not contractual and are provided to illustrate the general appearance of the product.
Deluxe Distribution may in no case be deemed liable for inaccuracies that may occur in photograph.
3.3. Ordering
In ordering, all clients implicitly accept the general terms and conditions of sale.
Deluxe Distribution confirms reception of your order wth an email listing the products ordered, the shipping address, the means of payment chosen and indicating an order number.
Deluxe Distribution is entitled to refuse any order made by a customer.

4. Payment
Payment of the total sum of the order will be made to the Seller when the order is confirmed.
All orders are payable in Euros.
When you place your order you may choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be directed towards the secured Caisse d'Epargne website that guarantees the confidentiality
of your card details through protective encryption procedures.
The order cannot be dispatched untill full payment for the goods and shipping costs has been received.
5. Choice of products
Each product proposed on the website is the subject of a summary presentation.
It is entirely at the client's discretion, if he or she deems himself or herself insufficiently competent or informed, to obtain advice
by contacting the Seller by telephone, email or mail.
6. Shipping
6.1 Terms
Deluxe Distribution will make delivery to the address you give in your order.
Goods will be shipped via « Colissimo » by La Poste or via Chronopost in France and in all countries that accept those modes of transport.
Fresh truffles will be shipped via Chronopost to guarantee their freshness.
Goods ordered from Deluxe Distribution are deemed delivered when they are remitted to the carrier.
Goods are thus carried at the customer's risk even when the order is addressed to another consignee, the risk of loss and damage of the goods being transferred on remittance of the good to the carrier.
The customer is responsible for checking the state of the goods on reception and in the event that items are missing or damaged, for communicating any concerns regarding the carrier by recorded delivery letter within 72 hours of delivery.
6.2 Lead times
Mentioned lead times are indicative of the average time to process order and to delivery it.
Any delay in delivery can therefore not be considered as a motive of cancellation of the order, nor as a basis for any form of compensation.
6.3 Problems in quality or compliance
In the event that the goods delivered are not correct or obviously defective, the customer must register a complaint, within 48 hours from
the reception of the goods, in writing (mail, email, fax) to our customer service.
After this time, the goods delivered will be deemed compliant and exempt of any obvious defect.
Customers are responsible for the cost and the safe return (original packing) accompanied by the order number within 7 days.
7. Right of Cancellation
In application of the provisions of Article L.121-16 of the French Consumers' Code, you benefit from a period of reflection of seven days from the date of reception of the goods ordered to withdraw from the contract, return the goods at your cost to Deluxe Distribution for being refund.
Products must imperatively be returned to the Seller in a brand new state appropriate for resale, in their original packaging, duly sealed and accompanied by the invoice corresponding to the purchase.
The customer's right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable items.
8. Protection of minors
In compliance with provisions of Article L.3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcohol is prohibited to minors under sixteen years of age.
You must therefore be of legal age to order goods on our website.
9. Responsibility
The products offered on our website www.truffe-deluxe.com conform with French legislation currently in force.
The company Deluxe Distribution takes no responsibility for non-respect of legislation in force in the country where products are delivered.
It is your responsibility to check with local authorities if it is possible to import or use the products that you wish to order.
The Seller will in no way be responsible for the non-execution of the contract in the event that the product is out of stock or unavailable
due to force majeure, disruptions or strikes, notably of postal services and carrier companies.

If no amicable settlement can be reached, proceedings will be brought before the relevant jurisdiction.
